In their second EP, their sound augmented with drums and keyboards, Petaw Band traces the common roots of traditional melodies and rhythms from West Africa and the Latin and Jazz music of the Americas.

In vergrößerter Besetzung, mit Suleymane Diedhieu am Schlagzeug und Fabian Lehner an den Keyboards, präsentieren Petaw ihre zweite EP. Die fünf Songs führen von traditionellen Melodien und Rhythmen aus Westafrika bis hin zu tanzbaren Latin-Grooves mit jazzigen Einschlägen und erinnern an die gemeinsamen Wurzeln der Musikstile Afrikas und der Amerikas.
